I have been responsible for multiple asset classes in the US and APAC region ranging from industrial to commercial.I started my career doing investment banking at Goldman Sachs, which gave me a solid foundation in financial advisory. I had the opportunity to work on the successful IPO of Mapletree Commercial Trust.7 years at Keppel Capital being involved in various aspects of fund management where we managed multiple real estate portfolios with an AUM in excess of $5bn. During this time I was also involved in several fund syndications and fund divestments of the portfolios we managed. With a solid understanding of the fund management business, I progressed to a Business Development Function where I was responsible for leveraging strategic partnerships to launch a new fund to drive business growth. My efforts led to the acquisition of two seed assets which resulted in the successful launch of the Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund.Currently, I’m with Mapletree Investments where I’ve been focused on fundraising and portfolio management. I was involved in the fund syndications that raised $2bn for the initial US and Europe Logistics Funds and have been managing the day-to-day strategic operations of the US logistics fund. This experience has deepened my expertise in large-scale fundraising and strategic fund management.
