It’s been an Amazing five years so far!!! NET and BRP are thriving in the Puget Sound and beyond, thanks to all of the amazing Clients, Partners, Engineers and Technicians I have the pleasure of working alongside on every Show! I take immense pride in my company, and it's not often one can say that; we’ve grown this endeavor with honesty and loyalty to our Employees and Partners from day1, and creativity and integrity to each and every Client and Project. It’s truly a unique, humble team of Industry Rockstars, that have kept the companies vision and core values intact, within an environment of exceptional growth. Starting out 2018-I’ll be shifting my focus a bit from years past: Leading the NET Side of our Company, dedicating more time to my Clients as an AE, taking out more events as Producer and PM, and growing our avenues of Talent Recruitment within the Puget Sound. Still overseeing the NET Labor Department, but now with the great William Pounds in the Labor & Operations Coordinator position! Contracted Full-time and Freelance Engineers for Audio Visual events in the Northwest and beyond, as well as: build out crews, develop and determine profitability of labor systems, negotiate rate structures with clients & AE's, and work with Event Managers/Account Executives/Sales Teams to ensure Labor is spec'ed out and sold properly before heading out the door. Many good experiences at AVF and was sad to leave, but was given an opportunity to start off 2014 with an awesome Company and Great group of guys, and couldn't pass it up!

My short stay at PSAV included PM, AE, WH & Ops Mgmt., Event Design, Database Mgmt., Logistics and Venue Support. Many successful events in these roles during the few months I was there, then left for an exciting opportunity at AVF.

Over-the-road Sound/Lighting/Video Show Crew for Audio/Visual Concert and Corporate events all around the US and Mexico. Great team at AVC, one of the most talented show crews in the world; they truly set the standards in our industry. Left on great terms, very tough decision, but after many years of straight touring, I decided to support a close friends growing small business, outside of our industry.

Audio and Lighting Lead on Corporate AV events in Seattle; many small tours through Canada and the US...Was at Telav during the merger with AVW in '02, moved to AZ and joined AV Concepts around the beginning of '03.
