-Manage all candidate interview coordination logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements and post-evaluation processes -Responsible for HRIS quality and compliance initiatives in creating, managing and monitoring requisitions in applicant tracking systems-Plan and facilitate reoccurring talent acquisition meetings to discuss current business necessities and develop strategies for future hiring needs -Provide continuous operational support to recruiters, hiring managers and HR business partners to guarantee a streamlined, proficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization

-Drive interview process, offer preparation and all post-offer on-boarding logistics-Develop close, long-term relationships with managers to guarantee a comfortable full-cycle hiring process and ensure future staffing efficiency-Manage Applicant Tracking System and create methods to store employee data; Oversee and update personnel files -Conduct and analyze background screenings for all prospective employees -Heavily involved in event coordination, conference recruitment, and new employee orientation; exhibit proficiency in high-attendance group interview coordination -Formulate methods to improve employment processes and practices; actively participate in process improvement sessions, Kaizen events, policy implementation and process mapping exercises -Play an active role in the creation of training/standard work manuals and new hire/employee material-Assist employees with inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, relocation, and post-employment -Communicate and clarify company policies to new hires and existing employees-Process I9 documents and candidate travel expense reports

-Research and identify potential candidates through job boards, employee and candidate referrals and internal databases for a diverse group of clients-Conduct initial phone and in-person screening of all candidates to determine suitability and sincere interest for job opportunities-Document all candidate notes in internal database including availability, rate requirements, and technical and business qualifications-Communicate directly with clients to discuss business requirements and determine essential technical and business skills that are needed to ensure long-term success-Participate in weekly meetings to discuss current and forecasted business needs

-Review applicant loan file for complete information prior to research of relevant financial data-Compile income documents, tax returns, and credit reports, and calculate to ensure required earnings levels-Order and review appraisals, titles, and home owner’s insurance binders-Review purchase and sales contracts-Ensure that material presented meets investors’ guidelines through loan processing software systems-Present properly prepared and organized applicant file for underwriter review and approval-Function as liaison between company, attorney, and loan officer to facilitate any additional data required after approval
