CurrentTrained new employees to improve their skills and knowledge of food and beverage operation, customer service techniques, customer service techniques, and company policies and procedures.Monitored inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and restocked items as needed.Aid in opening and closing duties, paperwork including end of shift reports, labor reports, inventory systems and training modules.Assist in completing inventory count monthly.Responsible for Snack Bar weekly schedule and management of employees.Responsible for organization of products, setup of events, expo, and overall cleanliness of the club
