My practice is primarily focused in corporate law & governance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. I began my legal career as an associate in the general practice group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, and then moved to Boston and joined the general corporate group at Goodwin Procter LLP as an associate. Before my legal career, I was a project engineer with NAB Construction, a NYC general contractor with a substantial portfolio of infrastructure projects. At NAB, I developed my understanding of project management. And as a transactional lawyer, I appreciate the focus on efficiency that construction project management fostered in me. I have a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, with honors, and a JD from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and was an articles editor on the New York Law School Law Review.As part of the Rochester community I am honored to be a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of the Bivona Child Advocacy Center, a nationally-recognized advocacy center for child victims of serious abuse.
