Scaling roles, empowering teams to try new approaches and establishing communities of practice.As a result of the new technology and team structure, we achieved an increase in FY2020 for new client acquisitions eight times YoY, nearly doubled sales in other key wireless journeys (phone & plan upgrades) and the Digital channel sales mix doubled YoY, all while completing the redesign as well as launching new features like curbside (“Express”) pick-up and other business continuity features during the COVID-19 pandemic. -
