CurrentThis is a hands-on, fully rounded finance position, operating in a fast paced environment which allows me to get involved in all aspects of the financial function by performing the following duties for companies in Ireland, UK and Europe:Preparation and presentation to the Board of the monthly management accountsPreparation of the annual and rolling monthly budgetsMonthly review of Work in Progress, invoicing, income projections and job costing with directorsReview of the… Show more This is a hands-on, fully rounded finance position, operating in a fast paced environment which allows me to get involved in all aspects of the financial function by performing the following duties for companies in Ireland, UK and Europe:Preparation and presentation to the Board of the monthly management accountsPreparation of the annual and rolling monthly budgetsMonthly review of Work in Progress, invoicing, income projections and job costing with directorsReview of the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes for each of the companiesReview and approve payment and payroll runsDealing with day to day requests and issues from the directors, staff, finance team and third partiesPreparation of the annual audit files, financial statements and company returnsEnsure all monthly and annual taxes for the companies are submitted and paid on timeCommunicate and interact with other accountants to ensure all intercompany accounts are kept up to dateEnsure cash flow is adequate and liaise with local banksPrepare various confidential ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested Show less
