Sean Erwin, B.A., M.S.E., M. Ed., SCS, SPARQ CertifiedSean is co-founder of Speed Boosters LLC. Sean is a nationally certified Sports Conditioning Specialist (SCS) and SPARQ Certified Trainer. He has been working with and developing middle, high school, college, and pro athletes for over nine years. Sean currently teaches physical education and social science courses and is a varsity assistant for both baseball and football at Lindbergh High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Erwin received an athletic scholarship and attended East Central College and was a two year letter winner in baseball from 1996-1998. He then transferred to Maryville University and was a two year letter winner in baseball while obtaining his B.A. in 2001. In 2003, Sean received his M.S.E. from Missouri Baptist University. In 2006 he completed his M.Ed. in Athletics/Activities Administration from William Woods University.Erwin has coached baseball at Lindbergh High School for five seasons as a varsity assistant. He has designed and implemented his strength and conditioning program for the Flyer Baseball Team. Erwin was also the head varsity coach for the Crestwood Post 777 American Legion Baseball Team 2004-2006. In 2006 he was awarded the 10th District Coach of the Year. In 2007 Erwin evaluated and trained the independent minor league baseball Gateway Grizzlies of the Frontier League In addition to coaching baseball Erwin coached football for three seasons at Lutheran South High School from 2000 to 2002 and for the past five seasons at Lindbergh High School. At Lindbergh he has been responsible for coaching the varsity defensive backs and implementing his dynamic stretching program. In five seasons at Lindbergh he has coached 12 All Conference and 2 All-State Defensive Backs. During the 2003 season the Lindbergh Flyers reached the 6A State Quarterfinals.
