I was also responsible for developing a style guide, and ensuring that everything created for public consumption adhered to the museum's image and branding.

While serving as the Opinions Editor I worked to develop new content methods and themes to create a more thought-provoking section. Themes focused on aspects of college life that applied to our audience in a significant way, and ranged from family bonds to political views on local issues. My role involved copy editing, managing a team of columnists, coordinating column placement with news articles, and creating connections between issues to produce a successful section.

I worked closely with magazine staff to develop a design concept for the biannual magazine, Silhouette Literary and Art magazine, from start to finish for four consecutive issues. I developed design elements and the layout system for editorial pieces, poetry, photographs, and original art featured in the publication. In the Spring of 2011 I began to rebrand the magazine as SLAM, to rejuvenate the magazine and better connect with the student body audience.
