Lead national aligned, locally adaptable 29-site college and career pathways strategy through multi-year program design arc including pilots and user-centered design process to support post-service readiness for 3,000 AmeriCorps members.

Led strategic planning and programmatic implementation in collaboration with senior leadership, National Alumni Board and 27 US sites to mobilize a national alumni network of 22,500 as volunteers, donors and ambassadors; and implementation of career services program to accelerate the next steps more than 2,800 AmeriCorps members and support the career trajectory of the alumni community. Notable achievements:★Board Management and Program Development. In collaboration with Co-Chairs, oversee 30-member National Alumni Advisory Board responsible for executing alumni association strategic priorities, chapter expansion that engages more than 1,000 alumni annually as donors and volunteers. ★Career Services and Higher Education Partnership Development. Formalized career services program and employer/university partnership model to enhance career readiness and access to prestigious higher education, corporate and leadership development programs. Since 2009, aggressively expanded university partnerships from 8 to 90 colleges and graduate schools that provide more than $3M in annual scholarships exclusively for City Year alumni.★Fundraising. Through staff and board collaboration, doubled annual alumni donor participation and raised $250,000 in first year of multi-year, national 25th Anniversary Alumni Campaign. Created and launched first-ever City Year alumni day of giving that raised more than $50,000.★Awards Management and Alumni Recognition. In collaboration with Corporate Partnerships Team, manage relationship, selection process and produce event with Comcast NBCUniversal to recognize five alumni for their outstanding dedication to service and strengthening communities.

Led and fostered evolution of City Year’s national alumni engagement strategy through network-wide adoption of staff point person model, volunteer-led boards, signature alumni event model and best practices. Increased alumni engagement by 500% over five-year span. Launched many successful initiatives that contributed to shaping the current state of Alumni Association: National Alumni Advisory Board comprised of local Board Chairs with two annual retreats/meetings; first-ever alumni giving campaign that raised $200,000 for the 20th Anniversary; founded 18 Minute Networking event model that has engaged more than 1,500 alumni as career connections for current corps members since 2004; created first-ever Online Career Center and modern alumni web site; founded Alumni Service Weekend in New Orleans (engaged 75 alumni to date); engaged 500 alumni as speakers, service-day volunteers and participants in large-scale conference in New York.
