As the head of Member Relations, I spend my time working to understanding our members' unique needs and challenges and connecting them to the best solutions for their business. In order to be of the most value to our members, it's vital that our team continues to grow professionally and personally as well.A typical day flies by when you're helping others. I like to recharge away from the office with quiet weekends with my family—plus the occasional adventure to a favorite vacation spot.
