Sean and his teammates designed, constructed, and tested a prototype for a plastic injection molding machine to turn recycled plastic scrap into usable products. Sean acted as product owner for this project, managing group scheduling and task delegation.

Sean and his partner designed a prototype bike lock for their final project. This lock was designed to be more proactive in stopping bike theft than a standard U-lock. Using a capacitance sensor and an Arduino, the lock could detect when potential thieves touched the shackle to set off alarms and draw attention to the bike.
