With every client being unique, and WooCommerce being an extremely flexible open source system, it is my job to work with both our team and clients to develop a plan to meet their objectives by conducting discovery workshops, creating detailed technical specifications for custom development, and strategic marketing plans.

Through the formation of TurnAhead I found my passion for e-commerce. What started out as side business to pay for college expenses quickly encompassed my life as I watched the fruits of my labor develop into real value, entrepreneurial success, for the very first online merchants. At its inception my college meal card had more money in it than our marketing budget. We built our initial customer base through cost effective guerrilla tactics and low cost/high value services. Building on my previous experience in telesales, I learned and refined the art of the consultative sales process.
