I am Sean Williams, a senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Education. My passion lies in creating inclusive learning environments and empowering diverse students through culturally relevant teaching strategies.Throughout my academic journey, I have been recognized for my commitment to embodying the values of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., receiving an award out of thousands of students. This recognition stems from my leadership role in growing the Wheeler Grounds Coffee Shop, an on-campus business that raised funds for community-based learning excursions for students with special needs. This experience reaffirms my dedication to fostering inclusivity and equity in education.As a shift leader at Marlow's Tavern, I have honed my leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and communicate effectively. These experiences, combined with my educational background, have equipped me with the tools to create engaging and supportive learning environments for all students.I am committed to promoting inclusivity, equity, and cultural relevance in the classroom.
