Responsible for evaluating Executive and Board of Director compensation for clients by using SEC filings and external survey data to evaluate base salaries, target bonuses, long-term incentive grants, severance and change-in-control agreements, retainers and equity grants for directors, etc. Conducted competitive market analyses using Excel models and functions (such as Black-Scholes option valuation). Constructed client reports in PowerPoint and Word with recommendations.

Interned during summers of 2007, 2008, and 2009. Created Excel models analyzing executive compensation incentive payouts and performance goals. Conducted research on compensation of S&P 200/500 executives, compensation practices among university presidents, director pay within tax-exempt organizations, and severance practices for new-hire CEOs.
