Sean is a testifying delay expert with extensive experience in disputes involving matters of delay and disruption on significant large-scale Construction and Engineering projects with a contract value of up to circa USD 2.5 Billion. Sean has worked in geographically diverse and challenging locations. Having completed a BSc(Hons) in Building Science, an MBA and an LLM, Sean is degree qualified in multiple specialist disciplines. In addition to this Sean is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Sean is extensively experienced in the specialist discipline of delay analysis. Sean has drafted numerous reports providing a third-party opinion relating to specific matters of construction project delay. Sean is well versed with the AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 and the SCL Protocol. Sean has been formally trained to provide expert witness evidence. Sean is results orientated and driven. He is highly analytical and is naturally able to frame and untangle complex problems and after that instinctively devising appropriate solutions.
