Responsible for a current team of 66 sales reps and product trainers throughout Houston, Louisiana and Mississippi. Most current Key Metrics are at 99%. Completely rebuillt and restructured this team. Beginning metrics averaged mid to upper 70% and now performing consistently above 90% weekly. Ramped up staff from 41 reps to a mix of 66 reps and product trainers.

Oversee all sales and new store development, including new product rollouts, ongoing sales training, customer relationship development, operational integrity, and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include payroll, scheduling and regular visits to locations to ensure all stores are running effectively. Provide team training, coaching, and mentoring.
