Sean J. Stern, Architects and Ferguson & Shamamian Architects in New York, and Kenneth Boroson Architects, and Mark P Finlay Architects in Connecticut, and Dawson-Wissmach Architects in Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Tobin's expertise includes charrette leadership and sustainable design across the following: Energy efficient design for high-end residential projects, commercial projects, federal facility design (including Hangars, Fire Stations, Access Control Points).
