T+G Studio provided architectural and landscape design solutions for residential and commercial projects, including daycare facilities, retail, and high-end residential homes.

Mr. Tobin was a lecturer in Environmental Design, and a third year design studio instructor. The Environmental Design Course focused on passive strategies and integration of design strategies with architectural design and engineering. In the third year design studio, Mr. Tobin's projects focused on sustainable design solutions for an amphitheater on the Savannah waterfront, a House for an Ecologist, and a sustainably designed Phase II masterplan and retail development for Abercorn Commons in Savannah.

While at Dawson Wissmach, Mr. Tobin worked on residential and commercial projects, as well as higher education facilities at Armstrong University, Savannah College of Art & Design, and Georgia Southern University. He was responsible for architectural design, presentations, client meetings, and financial management of projects. He suported the firm's marketing efforts and business development.

I was a staff architect, responsible for developing custom residential and golf clubhouse designs from schematic design through construction documentation. I prepared client presentations and presentation drawings for select projects. I was responsible for on-site and remote construction administration and observation on several residential projects.

New Haven, Ct

Mr. Tobin was a Senior Project Manager, and assisted in scheduling resources, supported marketing and business development activities, and provided project management and technical support. Mr. Tobin's primary projects included renovation of dormitories at Yale University's Old Campus, and the renovation and expansion of the Truman Elementary School.

Greater New York City Area

Mr. Tobin began his work at Robert A.M. Stern Architects as a Designer on the Jesse Jones School of Management at Rice University. He progressed from Designer to Project Architect to Project Manager on this project, and was responsible for attending client meetings, preparing presentations, coordination with the Executive Architect Morris Architects, engineering disciplines, and managing a design team that varied from 2 to 6. His supervision continued through the construction of the project. While at RAMSA Mr. Tobin also suported Construction Administration tasks on the Harvard University Spangler Center, developed a Schematic Design for a new School of Business at Georgetown University, and worked on the College of William & Mary School of Business Master Plan, as well as developed the Schematic Design of the proposed building.
