Current• Monitoring the performance of the press team members and setting objectives• Responsible for assigning PR tasks, clients, and projects• Identifying media outlets, playlists, and journalists who can help reach the target audience of the artist or album• Coordinating with artists' teams on attendee lists and photo passes, including regional alerts, preview pitches, and preview pitches• Formulating engaging angles, narratives, and opportunities around clients for concise, targeted pitches• Arranging, scheduling, and facilitating in-person, virtual, and/or phone interviews, conferences, and artist appearances with media partners. • Managing the logistics of appearances, interviews, showcases, and album release parties• Responsible for guaranteeing client coverage in outlets such as FADER, Rolling Stone (US + international), Stereogum, Bandcamp and KCRW
