A decade of working in property management convinced Sean Kelly of just how important it is to build equity in a home. Homeownership is undoubtedly a path to wealth creation, and Sean is driven to help first-time buyers find their perfect home. The native San Franciscan knows the area inside and out, giving his clients an edge in searching for just the right property. Before acquiring his real estate license, Sean spent time as an apprentice carpenter and worked on several major remodeling projects. This work taught him how to identify and assess a property’s unique features, and the experience allows him to offer insight to clients who are looking to renovate. In addition, his property management experience is an added bonus for clients seeking investment properties, as he is very familiar with the city’s rental market and laws. In his free time, Sean enjoys golfing and spending time with his family — especially his nephews.
