I am an experienced analyst, project management professional and freelance consultant. I have a wide range of skills supported by a robust track record of experience - I specialize in professional writing, LLM analysis and evaluation, event management, process improvement, economic analysis, research, and project management. My business acumen and analytical skills have been fine tuned via researching and recruiting firms in a business development setting - these firms come from a wide range of industries and were targets or clients relating to Oklahoma's and New Mexico’s corporate site selection and development endeavors. I have experience working and coordinating with both consultants and executives of many firms, ranging from local startups to fortune 100 companies interested in investing in Nm & OK. These expansions and new investments range from data centers to things like aircraft manufacturing in terms of project scope. I have experience as an analyst and business development liaison interacting with firms considering multimillion dollar investments and expansions. This included providing guidance in areas such as incentives, site selection, and business intelligence. I also have experience working in a business development setting with government dignitaries such as consul generals, the Secretary of State of Oklahoma, the Governor of OK / NM and other executives. I am currently actively working a contract for LLM evaluation but am always interested in hearing about potential opportunities.

Spokesman and Director of Communications for the NM Economic Development Department and the Taxation and Revenue Department. I serve as the Public Information Officer for both departments which combined have approximately 1,000 employees statewide.

The Office of the Director of Communications works closely with the Cabinet Secretary in developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate about the Department’s vision, goals and policies with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, in a timely manner. Taxation and Revenue has over 900 employees statewide. Internally I am tasked with informing all employees about the Department’s strategic mission and goals through a variety of communications tools, such as TRD Today, the Department’s Intranet; email messages; press clippings, etc. I also work with all divisions and bureaus to showcase their innovation and employees’ accomplishments. As PIO, I am dedicated to building, nurturing and maintaining a strong network of communications with external stakeholders, primarily the media and other state agencies.To accomplish this goal I issue press releases and organizes news events, including press conferences. Additionally, I handle public outreach and marketing campaigns to educate our stakeholders about different tax initiatives and Motor Vehicle Division programs.

• Served as a liaison and consultant between local economic development organizations, airport authorities, 3PLs, international ports and intermodal hub execs, local utilities, corporate executives, politicians, and corporate site location teams to promote Oklahoma to firms and their respective consultants considering new expansions and site location projects. • Developed 30+ proposals and reviewed hundreds of local EDO proposal drafts that were submitted to site selection consultants and companies requesting proposals (RFPs / RFIs) for corporate site location efforts. During my tenure I directly contributed to the attraction of corporate capital investment exceeding 500 million dollars and over 1,000 new jobs in Oklahoma. • Managed the CRM database for the business development division and streamlined processes. • I was responsible for event project management & logistics for various trade shows, call trips, receptions and events (national & international). These events included full management of logistics for Solar Power international, American Wind Energy Association, National Business Aviation Association, Consul General and foreign ambassador meetings, among others. I also used lean six sigma to redesign lead development to attract new firms to Oklahoma - I developed supply chain targeting measures, and other proactive recruitment strategies using hard data and local successes to increase our efficiency. This including continual external communication with potential firms and consultants. It was my first measure to adapting to the cold call methodology, and as a result several multi-million dollar investments and jobs were created in the state. • Provided guidance to firms for the preparation of applications applying for the Oklahoma Quality Jobs incentive program and other programs. Researched policy for tax credits, provided economic analysis and advised all involved parties on potential applicability and opportunities.

• Provided business intelligence research, analyzed issues, and assessed opportunities in companies, markets, and industries with an emphasis on the financial services and information industries. • Provided and collaborated on approx.. 30 business intelligence briefs for the Governor of Oklahoma & Secretary(s) of Commerce with an additional 100+ intelligence briefs since 2014 • Research Focus areas: Information (I.e.
