Manage the day to day operations for a company of 90+ personnel to include training, logistics management, operations planning, maintenance readiness and personnel management. • Restructured the personnel organization of a 50+ personnel unit resulting in a 10% increase in efficiency. • Coordinate the completion of individual annual and fiscal year training requirements producing over 90% readiness of personnel within the unit.

Led the 24/7 operations of a detachment of 13 employees tasked with supporting, protecting, and training Embassy personnel. • Reduced the budget in FY15 from $211,500 to $110,250 in FY16 while maintaining 100% operational and maintenance capabilities. Oversaw strict accountability of property and mobile assets totaling over $190,00. • Engaged Executive level leaders on all matters related to physical security, protective policies, operational plans, and detachment readiness. • Led a detachment of 13 employees; providing protection of embassy personnel and classified information. As a security advisor, participated in more than five emergency action committees and one crisis management exersize. • Developed a training plan for 13 employees to ensure calendar and fiscal training was complete in order to successfully complete the ongoing mission.
