Since 1982, we've granted over $13 billion to 63,000+ churches, ministries, and other charities.As an Asset Manager for the Complex Gift Asset Management team of the National Christian Foundation, I am responsible for the administration, management, and liquidations of a portfolio of Complex Assets. NCF can accept many types of assets, including:• Privately-held corporate stock and businessinterests (ownership in closely-held businesses,Limited Partnerships, Limited LiabilityCompanies, or Sub-chapter S & C corporations)• Restricted securities (publicly-traded securitiesthat may have sale restrictions)• Real estate• Tangible personal property• Royalties or copyrights• Intellectual Property• Life insurance (term, whole, universal, orvariable)• Loan notes (money owed to you through loannotes)• Estate gifts (proceeds from wills or trusts)• Retirement plans (401ks, IRAs, or pensionplans)• Certain oil and gas interestsMany people have a financial strategy, but they don't have a giving strategy, so they're missing opportunities and wasting money on taxes.
