I began my career as a real estate appraiser in 2002 and appraised through 2011. During this time I gained a wealth of knowledge that allows me to conduct real estate sales with an information-heavy/sales-light approach. My career as a real estate agent began in 2004 working for Catalano & Associates in Crystal Lake, IL. In 2006 I founded Northwest Suburban Real Estate based in downtown Crystal Lake. I kept selling more and more and appraising less and less so I let my appraisal license expire in 2011 and haven't looked back. In 2015 my wife Lindsay and I made a big decision, we moved to Florida! We moved to the Naples/Bonita Springs area and began building a client base there. I work for Downing Frye Realty which has been in the Naples market since the 1960s. I practice all types of real estate but specialize in luxury condominiums, golf course and waterfront properties. I personally cover Naples, Bonita Springs, & Estero and I have agents that cover Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island. I enjoy writing educational articles about real estate.
