Following the sale of Revision’s eyewear business to a private investment firm, the Head Systems, Power and Advanced Concept divisions were rebranded under a new corporate name: Galvion. Responsibilities are the same as my role at Revision Military, but with added leadership and an increased mechanical engineering skill set.

Through careful engineering methods, my role is to design, test, manage, and bring to completion new products for Revision’s power product line. Additionally, this position includes sustaining current products by creating tools and fixtures, as well as implementing solutions for efficient manufacturing; communicating with new vendors and the internal sales.

Arranged numerous solar panel system layouts on residential homes under project manager supervision. Utilized hand and power tools to assemble feet, flashing, and rails as well as panels and wiring. Coordinated with Trinity Solar to implement array designs and commission new solar systems.

Participated in a Research Experience for Undergraduates. Employed as a research assistant to a graduate student mentor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Designed and 3D printed internal ABS plastic structures to implement in concrete samples. The samples were then cured and tested as beams and cubes in bending and compression, respectively.
