Sean McCoy is a Managing Partner at Workday, supporting a portfolio of customers in the United States Federal Government. Sean is responsible for customer relationships and brings a strong record of growing, restructuring, and optimizing service delivery through innovation across a broad range of projects. Sean previously served as the Senior Director of Federal Services at CSCI Consulting and was responsible for providing strategic support and principal consultation to develop client solutions in areas of financial management, audit, risk management and enterprise IT. He is experienced in developing high-performing teams and is regarded as a subject matter expert in Federal financial management, audit, and compliance programs. He has supported organizations with integration of OMB Circular A-123, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Investment Portfolio Management to align Organizational Strategies with Core Capabilities and Internal Control. Sean is experienced leading execution of IT development and sustainment projects, as well as supporting Federal entities in conversion from legacy financial management systems to USSGL-compliant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, to include the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI). He has also directed and participated in multiple implementations of OMB Circular A-123, to include application of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM), GAO Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government (Green Book) and the COSO Integrated Framework. Sean began his career conducting operational reviews, investigations, and Congressionally requested audits following the GAO Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book). He maintains an active Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certification.
