Responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition functions relating to the recruitment of exempt (primarily) and non-exempt staff. Is assigned to recruit for a varied group of business units. Acts as a collaborative partner, working with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and perform all recruitment activities related to the strategy. * Drove high-volume recruiting throughout bank and employment operations networks partnering with hiring manager determining staffing needs and job requirements. * Screened resumes, interviewed candidates, administrated appropriate assessments, provided recommendations for hire delivering employment offers for positions within assigned territory.* Coordinated recruitment processes using various resources such social media, career fairs, on-line job fairs, and community network events ensuring diversity strategies attract quality candidates. * Ensured high visibility with potential candidates by recommending advertising programs.* Facilitated internal transfer process to hiring managers by screening, coordinating interviews, and transferring offer letters.* Followed up with candidates and hiring managers communicating time sensitive updated information.* Developed and maintained relationships with internal and external clients achieving staffing goals.* Partnered with hiring managers confirming compliance with all federal/state laws.* Managed current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, coaching and development of a team of representatives whose primary function is to provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, investigating requests and resolving problems. Ensures the representatives are actively expanding existing customer relationships and meeting their defined sales goals by cross-selling products and services or referring customers to appropriate sales staff. Indirectly manages all other Call Center Personal Bankers in the site location and works with Operations Managers to provide leadership and direction by communicating and carrying out department goals and vision.
