Sean has been involved in the commercial construction and property management industry since 1992, working with small and large multinational REIT’s, he has managed maintenance, repair, and operations for 62 commercial properties and multiple capital expenditure projects. In addition, he has personally installed over 1.2 million square feet of commercial roofing generating over $4.2 million in just four short years. From a manufacturing perspective, he developed strategic and operational plans for a market-driven portfolio of Building Products. Focusing on roofing contractors, building owners, and manufacture’s R&D. Responsible for training contractors, quality control inspections for manufacture warranties and recognition programs also assisting contractors with, architects, specifiers, GSA and FM approvals, SPFA-PCP Certification and Manufacture Representation in the field and trade organizations. Sean is currently a member of the SPFA Roofing Committee and listed as a consultant.
