Served as a change agent implementing strategies that develop and strengthen a lean enterprise culture in alignment with region and company goals and priorities. Supported development and implementation of local project, regional improvement, and innovation initiatives through workshops, training, coaching, and work-based improvements to teach and practice lean construction principles in the field. - Provided a consistent presence on 10 regional projects working with each team in setting up Visual Management, the Last Planner® System, 5S, and effective daily management systems - Conducted regular project reviews with the Project Team, Operations Manager, and Regional Lean Manager to review project status, challenges, and opportunities and to establish measurable goals for improvement through problem solving exercises - Facilitated the establishment of a lean management system and culture across Seattle region projects totaling over $500 million in annual revenue - Conducted 8 lean boot camps to project teams on topics such as: The Last Planner® System, problem solving, continuous improvement, and lean culture - Established skills in construction schedule management, methods of procedure, procurement, and sub-contractor relationships as a general contractor - Led 2 process mapping sessions with SPD leadership involvement to identify waste and create opportunities of improvement for the project pursuit process- Coached 4 project teams to conduct initial pull plans and weekly trade coordinations with trade partner involvement- Co-developed the “Just-in-Time” delivery form for Safety that has since been adopted across the BU and shared with national teams

Selected to participate in CPI, an official US military Career Skills Program for active-duty service members and a partner of the US National Park Service (NPS). CPI trains quality people/connects them to civilian concrete, construction, and infrastructure careers while preserving national landmarks. - Gained hands-on skills and management training in concrete repair, preservation, and maintenance while preserving historical coastal batteries - Acquired familiarity with hand tools, equipment, and construction techniques in a historical preservation environment - Preserved National Historic Landmark structures & contributed 480 volunteer hours to the NPS at Golden Gate National Recreation Area - Furthered project management/program skillset completing a $48K concrete repair within Alcatraz Island’s historic penitentiary

- Performed Installation level by-law programs such as Records Management, Freedom of Information Act Requests, Privacy Act, and Information Management policies in support of 6,500 customers.- Managed 12 member's schedules, weekly tasks, and long term projects as lead supervisor of 3 work teams. Organized a $50K annual budget to account for equipment upgrades, office training, and new software capabilities- Completed SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 365 migration over 6 months. Scheduled 26 site collections and 1.2 TB of data transfer on a monthly basis to ease transition and ensure critical commander information remained available full-time.

South Korea

- Led an 8 member information management team for Headquarters, 7th Air Force and the Combined Air Component Command Chief of Staff in support of both U.S. Air Forces in South Korea, as well as integration with Republic of Korea Air Force Personnel.- Oversaw schedule creation, deconfliction, and meeting management for 2 major multi-national exercises involving over 12.5K personnel from 6 countries while accounting for COVID-19 mitigation requirements.- Spearheaded a full content portal redesign across 3 networks linking South Korean and U.S. Pacific Forces together. Built custom Microsoft SharePoint tools for information dissemination/collaboration as well as a Microsoft Teams build-out that was benchmarked by Pacific Air Forces.

Joint Base Lewis-Mcchord

- Supervised 14 employees as a front-line manager by mentorship, project management, and training ensuring information collaboration systems continuity for over 25K personnel- Deployed to Afghanistan from Oct 2017 to May 2018 and orchestrated logistics for the build up of an additional Air Base by shipping over 30 tons of communications equipment within a two-week timeframe- Overhauled organization Safety Program by rewriting job safety outlines, evacuation procedures, and updated training for 120 employees which closed 4 previous deficiencies and reduced workplace mishaps by 95%

- Set schedules for two major upgrades for the faculty collaboration environment completed three months ahead of schedule within a $1.2M budget - Allocated $50K in information systems training across 8 faculty departments to bolster additional administrative support- Completed commercial off the-shelve available training for proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access databases
