The Commercial Insurance Analyst Development Program is a year long rotational program that exposes recent undergraduates to many facets of Liberty Mutual's Commercial Insurance division. The goal is for members to assist management in projects which seek to improve both the company's internal efficiency and the company's competitiveness in the marketplace. While in the program some of my responsibilities included developing a plan to assist management in growing and strengthening relationships with third party brokers. Additionally, I worked with management to innovate how important performance metrics are presented, and presented to management various strategy changes to grow and improve the commercial auto business in the southwestern US.

As an analyst I have created professional grade credit reports on companies within the manufacturing and technology sector. Each member also takes lessons on and works frequently with Bloomberg terminals.
