Provide short and long-term support to MCR’s growing portfolio of independent full-service hotels across the country, including the 1,050-room The New Yorker Hotel, 725-room Lexington Hotel, 512-room TWA Hotel and 168-room Royalton Hotel. Assist each hotel to achieve and exceed results in financial metrics, guest-satisfaction and team-member engagement. Improve our guest and team members satisfaction and maximize financial performance for the portfolio of independent full-service hotels. Assist with recruitment of General Managers and Executive Team for new acquisitions as well as new hires at existing properties. Train and on-board existing or newly recruited General Managers on all company and hotel specific processes to ensure overall success.
