As Area General Manager I was responsible for General Management duties of unit while developing great leaders, teams, and operations of three other restaurants. This position allowed me the opportunity to ease into a multi-unit position while learning Smashburger Culture, Specifications, and Structure. I created one of Smashburger's highest performing restaurants and my restaurant became certified as the Training Restaurant in the North East and I personally became the Training General Manager for the area.

As a consultant I designed and laid out the kitchen and Menus. We built an award wining Belgian-Fusion Menu and Beer Menu of over 200 beers. In our first year we recieved several "Best of" awards in Philadelphia. We opened a still thriving restaurant with minimal start up capital. I stayed on as General Manager and Chef.

Picked up literally off of the street I became a part of NBC's Average Joe television series. After the show I lost over 100 pounds and was featured in People Magazine.

Entering the company as a bar manager I doubled bar sales in my restaurant by creating and marketing an entertainment program and restructuring the bar area and staff. Then sent to improve sales at another unit I duplicated my bar success then took on the role of Executive Chef in an under performing kitchen. Success came after several months of sanitizing, training, and hiring allowing us to eventually become a training location. I was later promoted to General Manager.
