Donnelly affiliate, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.- Dimension Design, Inc. – Represented trade-show subcontractor/manufacturing company debtor in the sale of all assets and confirmed plan of liquidation, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. - Rochester Drug Co-Operative, Inc. – Represented section 363 purchaser of industrial real property in the case of pharmaceutical supplier in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.- Represented preference defendants in settling numerous matters in cases throughout the country.

Representative Matters:- Eclipse Berry Farms, LLC, et al. – Represented debtor Southern California strawberry producer in confirming a liquidating plan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.- Las Uvas Valley Dairies – Represented liquidating trustee in the bankruptcy case of a New Mexico dairy farm. Filed and prosecuted over twenty preference/fraudulent transfer/insider adversary proceedings, recovering over $1 million for the benefit of creditors.- Foods, Inc., et al. – Represented the post confirmation liquidating trustee in numerous fraudulent transfer actions. Represented liquidating trustee in director and officer litigation based on breaches of fiduciary duty (inflated ESOP appraisal, forecasts, and distributions), resulting in numerous favorable settlements.

Representative Matters- Copenhaver, Inc. d/b/a W.M. Putnam Co. – Represented the Bloomington, Illinois provider of furniture and office supplies in numerous section 363 sales of assets and intellectual property. The plan confirmed in this case ensured that unsecured creditors received greater than a 20% recovery in the business'​ eventual liquidation.- Lake Dearborn, LLC, et al. – Represented six companies affiliated with American Invsco Corp., a pioneer in the Chicago real estate and condominium industry, in its eventual entry into an $11 million joint venture with a well-known financing firm and successful reorganization that resulted in 100% recovery for all secured creditors.- 800 South Wells Phase II, LLC – Represented company in the $7.75 million section 363 sale of a large parking lot located next to the River City Condominiums in Chicago’s South Loop.- Represented numerous borrowers in out-of-court workouts and restructurings, including asset sales and assignments for the benefit of creditors.- Represented client in the purchase of the secured claim of the largest secured creditor of a rural hospital, and in the purchase of the hospital in its chapter 11 bankruptcy case in Arizona.- Represented numerous creditors'​ committees in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the country, including in the following cases: International Supply Company (Central District of Illinois); Agri-Fine, Inc. (Northern District of Illinois); The Young Men’s Christian Academy of Metropolitan Milwaukee, Inc. (Eastern District of Wisconsin); Telesource Services, LLC (Eastern District of Michigan); Alsip Acquisition, LLC, et al. (District of Delaware); Mark Seed Company (Southern District of Iowa); Trans Coastal Supply Company (Central District of Illinois); Randy's Metal Recycling, Inc., et al.
