Working on the LBG multi-brand design system, Constellation. Used by all major Lloyds brands across several teams to support designers and engineers across the organisation.

Velocity was a step up. It's here where it's flipped from the odd animated banner to essentially a 90% digital artworking role. The task of the department changed wildly in the time I was there, where the skills from a print background were pretty transferrable, to working directly with dev and content performance in order to produce digital experiences.Clients: Sprint, T-Mobile, Slack, Informatica, Xerox, and a host of B2B tech mainstays and disruptors.

Employed as the sole Creative Artworker at a small agency, producing various media across the financial sector. This role was different as there was no account management team, so I was tasked with liaising with clients directly, taking briefs, feedback and presenting projects. This made me appreciate truly AMs.

I absolutely hated every second of working at FP, but I wanted a full-time role and they offered one after a week of freelancing there. I would list my responsibilities and clients, but frankly it was all quite unremarkable.

During redundancy, I worked in-house at the best record shop in the country (which is also a label and promoter), designing all the promotional collateral, artworking several releases and coming up with branding for clubs and events.I really appreciate it, Jon.

Phoenix was a brilliant, busy studio where we did a whole bunch of advertising, brochures, billboards and other collateral for the housing industry. I got really good at retouching and was the designated studio member who had to go on the Quark to InDesign Migration course at a grotty office block in Waterloo. I had no idea what an Artworker was, but one of my uni pals had landed a job here and they needed a whole bunch of amends doing in Quark Xpress. So I freelanced for a couple of months and I was competent enough for they gave me the job full time.Clients: Charity sector, so a whole lot of direct mail for WSPA, BLESMA, Barnardos and various other charities.
