Profile bio

About Sean Allen

I am an active-duty USAF aircraft maintenance officer retiring in summer 2025 with 25 years of service. I am retiring to the Nashua, NH area, and expect to be ready to join the corporate world ~1 July 2025. I hold an active security clearance.I have commanded at the Squadron-level twice, on both EC-130H Compass Call aircraft and AC-130J Spectre gunships. I have led multi-disciplinary organizations as large as 730 personnel, with programs as large as $2.9B. I've had the opportunity to institute large process improvement initiatives across many diverse organizations with a wide array of challenges. Across the last 10 years, I've served in roles combining program, operations, supply chain, and human resources management.I am passionate about continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and employee feedback. I began my CPI journey with Air Force Sustainment Center's "Art of the Possible" in 2014, and have continued to grow that skillset since. Quality Assurance has been a passion since I was a QA inspector in 2007, and has continued through research (including my first Master's degree thesis). Feedback has been a notable gap in many organizations I've served in, and since being in a position to direct change for the last 7 years, I've learned how to execute feedback models across organizations that are successful.I'm the guy that asks the questions on everyone's minds that they don't want to ask. I don't shy away from direct conversations. I relish in working the hardest challenges and growing teams.
