About Sean Sullivan
I help companies find revenue to scale their operations end to end.I'm obsessed with making folks feel trust when buying. I love the science behind wonderful experiences. I have the aptitude and passion to reverse engineer these experiences. I do so by creating processes to test and iterate. I take the scientific approach to create sustainable outcomes.I always saw myself as the manager of a "band". I love how I could bring folks to experience these bands (companies). I have a scientific mind by delivering sustainable results for over 13 years. Reflecting back...I started my career in GTM ops since I was a child. I didn't have the "work" experience until starting in 2011. I was fortunate to intern with product led growth companies to enterprise. I soaked up knowledge and wisdom. I was a nomad figuring out this path. Then I decided to start my own company.From 2012 to 2016, I built my own company. Then in 2016, I joined a startup as their first GTM - marketing focus hire. I tasted my first major success getting over 75k app users in less than 1 year while creating 2x Net MRR.Since then...I helped grow several agencies clients to median 7x ROI within a few years.I started an international podcast which became the top 1% downloaded in the world in 3 years.I created significant growth for an B2C company. The company grew 5x gross revenue and got over 20 return on ad spend (ROAS).Then in 2021...I fell in love with revenue operations. I found this practice standardized what I was doing since 2012. At the time, I was working for brand and agency building up their media data division. I created processes and playbooks to standardize their go to market (GTM) strategies. This helped me flex my deep GTM knowledge.At the end of 2022, I signed with a flagship company under a billion dollar private equity firm. I signed on to build their growth via GTM and data strategy. I restructured their data systems and building an actionable GTM playbook.Within 3 months, I paid for my whole year's salary with one brand. I was managing 10+ companies. So that data equated to +10x my full year's salary. I got the company found to be acquired. My current company I've led the architecture for the ABX engine including Salesforce and Demandbase while building enablement around processes.I have worked hard to refine my processes and learned better, quicker GTM approaches.
