My journey in sports production started in 2011 when I was offered a production internship with the Modesto Nuts minor league affiliate of the Colorado Rockies at the time. I spent the 2011-2012 seasons as an intern before being offered a job with the Rockies as a minor league video coordinator assigned to the Modesto Nuts once again for the 2013 season. After that season concluded I started doing work for RT Productions which is a local production company that had the contract to produce the broadcasts for UC Davis football and I worked for them as a replay operator from 2013-2016. After the 2016 college football season I shifted my focus to my “day job” and became a shift supervisor with Starbucks in the fall of 2018. In January 2019 I applied for a control room position with the Sacramento River Cats, Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. I was hired on the spot of my interview and spent the summer gaining more production experience which led me to apply for a technical services position with the San Jose Sharks. I’m looking to grow my network and to find more positions within the Central Valley and Bay Area and even in other states if the perfect opportunities presents itself. Outside of “work” myself and three friends produce a weekly podcast called “The IV Sportsmen” which is distributed worldwide on multiple podcast platforms and streamed live on facebook.Sports and sports production is my true passion and I look to have a long career in it.
