Launch and scale of national franchise system.Responsible for the creation of an onboarding, launch, and training platform that facilitated the rapid and large-scale franchise development of the organization adding 20 studios across the nation in 18 monthsIncreased and drove execution of pre-opening sales goals for franchisee owners roughly 3x in 18 months. Presently serve as ongoing operational support for HR, training, community-building, and profitability for franchise owners. Design, create, and assist in the implementation of studio business plans that monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including sales and utilization leading to monthly increases in revenue in line with goals.

Served as primary leader/manager to a team of 30+ instructors and support staff to support daily operations of a studio generating $1MM annual revenue meeting all quarterly/monthly sales and attendance goals.

Drafted, reviewed, interpreted and negotiated synthetic guaranteed investment contracts for investment banks, insurance companies, and recipient defined benefit contribution plans. Representative clients include: BNP Paribas, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Natixis Financial, Aviva Life and Annuity Co., and United Mutual of Omaha.Represented insurance companies and financial institutions in the structuring and offering of equity, debt and hybrid securities, structured securities and structured finance solutions.Negotiated and created documentation with respect to letter of credit facilities whereby international reinsurance companies obtain multi-million dollar letters of credit to finance excess reserve requirements. Represented international insurance companies and financial institutions in connection with registered and non-registered global funding medium-term note programs. Projects included: annual and quarterly update of disclosure documentation, unsupervised domestic travel to insurance companies to conduct documentary due diligence, and coordination with foreign counsel and the Central Bank of Ireland to list notes on the Irish Stock Exchange. Conducted legal research and drafted legal memoranda for legal issues including differences in insurance regulations, priority of payments in insolvency/bankruptcy, constructive trusts, and licensing/consulting arrangements.Co-Chair, Associate Counsel to the Diversity Committee. Responsibilities included: implementing mentoring program for racial, ethnic, and LGBT minority associates; planning and participating in substantive panel discussions relating to diversity issues affecting the firm; serving as a liaison between associates and partners with respect to associate diversity concerns (e.g., retention and promotion).
