I was a member of the project team onshoring the NZ Service Desk as part of the bank’s BS11 obligations, transferring knowledge and processes from the Global Service Desk in Manila. Following that successful transition I supported the NZ Service Desk as part of the wider Firstline leadership team. My key responsibilities were to coach and upskill the frontline staff in the products and services supported by NZSD, represent the Service Desk in managing high priority faults and failures through to resolution, and engage and provide updates and feedback to the wider ANZ community.
