Alternative to the chain of command that allows Marines, Sailors, and civilian personnel to confidentially and reliably report violations of law, rule, or regulation; inefficiency, misconduct, impropriety, mismanagement, gross waste of funds, abuse of authority, military whistleblower reprisal, or security violations within Marine Forces Central Command.

Marine Forces Central Command. Supervised updates to all Marine Forces Central Command plans in support of the National Defense Strategy. Advised Senior Executives on all aspects of plans and operational risk management.

Supervised employment of 3D Marine Division units across the spectrum of conflict while partnering with Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multi-National entities.

Led the Marine Corp’s only forward-deployed clandestine intelligence collection and survey Department; collaborated across Joint, Interagency, Inter-Governmental, and Multi-National space to increase access, influence, and strategic understanding of the Pacific Theater.

Supervised an international Coalition from six nations advising and assisting the Iraqi Ministry of Defense in the operational level of war and the military defeat of ISIS, including the liberation of Mosul.

Advocated for all Marine Corps Reconnaissance forces and advised the Deputy Executive of Marine Corps Operations on all aspects of Marine Reconnaissance including high-risk parachuting and high-risk diving programs. Consultative selling and pitching initiatives to C-suite leadership. Relationship building and relationship management with stakeholders, balancing operational needs of the Reconnaissance community with the Marine Corps strategic vision.

1st Battalion, 3D MarinesDepartment Second-in-Command, unified staff actions in the planning and execution of all missions; responsible for all aspects of unit function: mission accomplishment, information flow, staff coordination, administration, legal adjudication, intelligence, operations, logistics, maintenance, budget, and communications.Engaged employees at all levels of the organization to create team building opportunities. Collaboratively developed personal and career development plans with Junior Officers through consistent coaching and mentoring.

Detachment 4th Force Reconnaissance Company and Anti-Terrorism Battalion Created the State of Hawaii’s worldwide deployable units for Marine Forces Reserve.Led and executed the Toys-For-Tots Program; provided thousands of toys to families in need across the Hawaii Islands during the holiday season.

3D Battalion, 1st MarinesLed counterinsurgency operations across (18) austere outposts along the Helmand River valley as part of the larger Joint, Interagency, Inter-governmental, Multi-National mission. Enhanced security of previously enemy contested areas; created literacy programs, opened schools, built infrastructure, and facilitated elections.

Member of internal Law Enforcement Unit charged with access control and security of bank vaults, incoming/outgoing money shipments, and building tenants including British and Japanese Consulates.

Ensure the care, custody and control of inmates. Perform security duties to prevent escape, disorder, rule infractions and harm to inmates, visitors and staff; search inmates, visitors, cells and other areas for weapons and contraband; monitor and regulate inmate and staff movement; maintain and record inmate counts, cell assignments, and gang intelligence.
