Wore multiple hats - engineering manager, product manager for Physna's Enterprise product offering, and tech lead for the implementation efforts.Highlights:Performed first objective benchmarks of Physna's core matching algorithms, and drove fundamental changes in CAD model tessellation that led to 80% reductions in user-facing feature latencies, and more than doubling search indexing throughput.Led significant scaling and re-platforming efforts of the Enterprise product onto cloud-based, scalable infrastructure. This ultimately helped Physna achieve a Series B funding round of $20M led by Sequoia Capital, followed by a B1 round of $56M led by Tiger Global Management.

Class covered basic programming constructs (conditionals, loops, methods, etc) as well as initial concepts in OO (classes, interfaces, inheritance, exceptions). .NET WinForms development was covered, as well as the barest coverage of web technologies and working with web services.Included weekly lectures and in-class labs, with weekly programming assignments.Unlike many of the other introductory programming classes at CSCC, this class strongly emphasized good programming practice - design of programs, legibility of code, and organization of projects. Later in the course, separation of concerns and distinguishing layers in applications was a driving concern.

Contributed to team efforts for creating large-scale platform tools for producing offers and related functionality within Amazon Local.
