Also responsible for onboarding new product marketing consumers of the tool, and extracting new feature requirements through weekly scrums.For the prior two years, he has been a senior manager at Centric Consulting, focused on the MarTech space helping clients as a marketing automation engineer, data analyst for massive data lakes, and as a project manager for campaign execution.As an engineer and analyst for clients, he has created automations to support customer experiences for 2.3 billion people at a volume of 250 million messages per quarter, in email, mobile, and in-product messaging channels, delivering dynamic content to target specific language/country segments.To meet the need for talented MarTech engineers in this competitive marketplace, Sean created a successful training and development program for Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This allowed his company to meet the staffing needs of Fortune 100 clients, while reducing staffing costs by 60 percent., while increasing staff retention retention rates.In addition, he has also revolutionized Centric Consulting's lead generation efforts in several ways: Leveraging and building out a new Marketo instance; building consensus around lead-scoring and attribution models; and creating a singular data model to capture information around customers, leads, attribution, business unit ownership, and campaign success.Sean's career experience includes both start-up and traditional engagements.
