Since two years now, I'm focusing on metaphors between human kind and nature in all sort ? Maybe using my multicultural expertise trying to produce photographies speaking by themselves. I did leverage 25+ years of managerial experience in global business development and industrial collaboration to offer business consulting and mediation services. I built solid economic and industrial partnership in various commercial sectors, and negotiated with corporations and governmental entities in over 20 countries (North America, Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East). 

My activities were multidisciplinary, inter-cultural and focused on driving business development, relationship building and extensive international experience. Today, I am also leveraging my negotiation/mediation experience to act as an intermediary. I help companies to implement preventive action, solve difficulties or blocking points, identify and support new business and partnership development. 

My approach is to encourage a dialogue that forms solid relationships and enables corporations and their employees or partners to build consensus and achieve strategic and financial objectives for an overall benefit. I’m available for consulting on a project-by-project basis both in France and internationally. As a speaker and trainer, I transfer my know-how on inter-cultural negotiation/mediation topics at conferences and industry events (e.g. CNAM, ECCO, DGA, ESSEC, …). I also serve as the Secretary-General of MEDIATION-NET. This group of professional mediators propose preventive solutions and helps to resolve disputes between vendors, employees, management or unions in enterprises or organizations.
