Managing high tempo training at the Company level. Solves complex problems, while processing Human Resources tasks, promotions, pay inquiries, evaluations, and awards. Manage Battalion operations and provide mission support for 175 National Guard partner units across 5 states and 2 territories

The mission of an OC/T is to observe units during training exercises, to control the training unit's environment and to provide feedback during the after-action review process.
