Reported to the Global VP Human Development with a mandate to create a global corporate Human Development function for this highly-matrix-structured company with seven regions and offices in 48 countries. Supported the development of "One Golder", a global HR management strategy and execution plan; developed and implemented new programs and initiatives to transform HR related to talent acquisition, talent management and branding.• Developed new business focused HR management frameworks, strategies and guidelines focused on that were synthesized in a concise and easy to communicate way that the organization could understand and translate into action• Catalyst and champion of new approaches, systems and design thinking and integration of functional corporate services silos affecting corporate wide decision-making (effectiveness) • Developed and implemented global talent acquisition and talent management programs that were focused on end-user experience and exceeding stakeholder expectations that were more effective and efficient at achieving their strategic intent • Led the selection, procurement and global deployment of a new recruitment management system and branded web recruitment marketing system • Coached and mentored senior business development leaders and operations managers to equip them to have the right conversations and to be more successful in their roles• Established and led the global recruiting team
