I am responsible for developing and executing targeted Intellectual Property strategies for my clients to obtain valuable patent rights protecting the technologies that drive their businesses.I focus my energy on understanding my clients’ values, their market challenges, and their product strengths.I prepare and prosecute the U.S. and foreign patent applications that protect my clients’ products and negotiate the licensing agreements that assist my clients in exercising their patent rights to generate additional revenue sources for their companies.

I focused on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, ensuring that they are not vulnerable to competitors’ challenges, including matters in the renewable energy arena, including solar and wind energy, steam and gas turbine power systems, and sensor technology.I guided clients through initial patent infringement analyses and invalidity opinions, providing tailored enforcement procedures. If faced with a litigious situation, prepares cease and desist letters, and negotiates settlement agreements.The balance of my practice revolved around strategic planning in the development and enhancement of Nevada’s renewable energy portfolio.
