A direct alternative to conventional procurement, the business has grown to lead the market with 30 locations across London, Berlin, Paris and beyond. Exited the business at the end of 2014 after having sold a significant stake to MML Private Equity 2 years previously.

Manhattan, New York

Managing Director of the New York region, before taking over Sales for the US. Techspace was the pioneering Tech Business Center Group in the US, catering for internet start ups and digital media organisations and included a blend of incubation and real estate services. Funded by Safeguard Securities the business went through a restructure during 2001 before a merger with California based Enfrastructure. Techspace currently has 8 locations across the US in key tech markets.

London And New York

I originally started as Sales Manager successfully opening the Canary Wharf centre (Regus's 5th centre on London and 100th globally), before quickly becoming the Global Account Manager for the Banking and Finance sector. I worked the London market for 2 years before moving the US where I was also part of the team that opened up the first Regus centre in NYC on Park Avenue; In what was a hugely exciting time for our sector and for Regus. I sold global solutions to large organisations with great success including clients such as Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch. Bloomberg and Moody's.

Smithfield. London

I moved to London to take up the position of General Manager of Smithfield Business Centre. Grew the business from 5 clients to over 30 clients across 16,000sqft, including fitting out, installation of new phone system, all sales, and management of front of house.
