Perform regular review on service performance and improvement plan.

1. Trained as the Asia region product expert of HP/Agilent Hard Disk Read write head tester.2. Support customer in providing installation, training, system commissioning and post sales system uptime support. 3. Provide training to new engineers in Asia region.4. Over the years, developed tools such as web tool, video material and CBT to aid in the efficiency in transferring knowledge to new engineers.
