Energy Solutions TeamManaging accounts and providing energy solutions to customers on reducing energy consumption, reducing carbon footprints and investing into green energy solutions.Products and services includes chilled water system, district cooling, compressed air, Solar PV, etc.

- Retailing of Natural Gas- Expansion of the existing Natural Gas user portfolio- Leads generation via field sales, referrals, tender, etc- Perform boiler efficiency audits for customers- Project Management involving multiple stakeholders such as SP Power Gas, Piping Contractor, etc.

- Expansion of the existing Natural Gas user portfolio- Perform boiler efficiency audits for customers- Assist in new business development activities such as Solar PV projects

-Handled a portfolio of more than 400 accounts;-Client acquisition via cold-call/events/field sales;-Managing Key Accounts and SMEs of Varied Industries Accounts including Government Projects, MNC, etc;-Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new client;-Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions;-Identify and development of new business opportunities such as renewable energy, energy optimisation, etc.-Monitor competitive activity and to report on the activities-Understanding of market environment (market trends, etc)

- Client acquisition for business development- Handles a portfolio of >50 clients- Analysis of market trends and news to provide market reports for existing client to assist them and provide them latest updates of market activities.- Provide technical assistance with regards to trading platform.- Accounts servicing assistance to clients

- Manage with daily bonds and dividend payments- Provide or assist to resolve payment issues arising from either parties (clients/custodian). Such as holdings or tax discrepancies.- Managed bonds and dividends from major markets from the US, Brussels, Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Geneva Markets.- Prepare daily statements for Relationship Manager with regards to the bonds and dividend payments.- Liaised with multiple custodians such as Clearstream, Bank of New York Mellon and Standard Chartered Singapore/Hong Kong Securities. - Provide the control and compliance team assistance when it comes to reconciliation.

- Manage the tidiness of laboratory equipment.- Act as a purchaser for researcher for materials and equipment.- Assist professors in laboratory research.- Ad-hoc admin work
