Responsible for brand development and sales for Sage Online Tools, a unique website builder and eCommerce tool available to Sage clients offering an integrated solution for promoting business’s online and driving eCommerce sales.Responsibilities include:- strategic consulting including channel education and sales support for Business Partners. - Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.- Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.- Assist growth with online paid search, referral and affiliate programs, online display advertising and traditional media campaigns to optimize sales promotion, customer acquisition and retention. - Analyse customer behaviour for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion and shopping pattern to drive sales in virtual shopping environment.- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, product sales, ROI and generate appropriate traffic.- Maintain communication calendar and prepare weekly and monthly reports to guide online presence- Hire and train sales personnel in online sales and marketing skills.
